What to eat after the holiday-food-orgies-often-resulted-in-belly-aches?


Here's an idea: di-li-sious over salmon with ... whatever you like (I liked carrots, white onions, butter, cream cheese, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, dill). And homemade smoothie of ... whatever you like (bananas, pears, kiwi-fruits, strawberries, blueberries + milk or natural yoghurt + a little bit of honey for a little sweet taste).

Mmmmm...
